Steve Lawler, Duane King and Tim Lawson will be at Spundae this Saturday.  Spundae is located at Circus in the heart of Hollywood at 6655 Santa Monica Blvd.  The party starts at 9pm and goes to 4am.

Mr. Lawler is typically house.  The last mix I heard of his started out sort of tribal house, progressed to more mainstream and then toward the end of the night went deep down and dirty.

Steve Lawler is an incredible DJ! I saw him at Spundae in August and the place goes off (you don't even realize when it's 4am & you've been dancing for 6 hours straight...)  I think his latest CD is called "Lights Out" & it absolutely should not be missed. (well -- if it weren't for Corporate Finance, I wouldn't miss it...)

Lights Out is absolutely disgusting!!!  It just starts dark and tribally and then throws in some old school electro flavor.  That is one of the sicker mixes to come out this year.
