TOTAL QUANTITY - add the quantities next to each release.

PRODUCT TOTAL - multiply the total quantity less 1 free CD for every
four by $5.50. (Example: if you order 8CDs your product total would
be
6x$5.50=$33.00).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: USPS First Class: 1CD = $2.00, 2CDs = $3.00

3 or more CDs = $3.00 for the first two CDs, plus 80c per each
additional CD. (Example: 8 CDs would cost $3.00 plus $0.80*5 = $7.00).

SUBTOTAL - add shipping and handling to the product total.

SALES TAX - This must be calculated on the Subtotal at the rate

How in the hell do you count cds?  Are they counting albums with 2 CD as two CDs?
