The Loveparade - San Francisco - October 2
« on: August 30, 2004, 02:14:52 AM »
For the first time ever in the United States the loveparade is coming!  The world's most famous electronic music celebration will be held in San Francisco on October 2, 2004.

The festivities kick off at 1pm in downtown San Francisco's financial district at Market and Beale Streets. The procession then heads along the scenic waterfront to 3rd Street, where it will then head to Terry Francois Blvd for a post-parade festival. This post-parade festival will run until approximately 9pm and will be composed of the floats and DJs that took part in the parade.

Some of the almost 100 djs scheduled to appear:
Derrick Carter (Classic Recordings)
Doc Martin (Sublevel)
DJ Dan (Moonshine, Kinetic Records)
Miguel Migs (Transport Recordings)
Adam Beyer (Drumcode, Intec, Junior Boys Own)
Sandra Collins (Perfecto)
Hybrid (Distinctive Recordings)
Donald Glaude (Moonshine Music)
Charles Feelgood (611/System Recordings)
DJ Buck (Leaf Recordings)
The Advent (Tresor, Nova Mute)
Christian Smith (Tronic Music)

The parade is free to all ages but to help us cover the costs there is a suggested donation of $5 for entry to the post-parade festival.

For more information, visit the official loveparade sf website at http://www.loveparadesf.org/

d3 hope to see everyone there!
